I put my Walgreens reward card in passbook and now whenever I open the passbook app, the Walgreens card is on the screen and I am unable to access the passbook App Store

After you add an app to Passbook you can no longer access the Passbook apps that way. To access these apps, open the App Store App, tap "Featured" at the bottom, then swipe the second row (under New and Noteworthy) to the left until you see "Apps for Passbook". Tap this to get to the Passbook apps list.

Thanks, I wish apple would explain how this thing works. There should still be a way to access the passbook App Store from the app

You can also get back to the list of apps via http://itunes.com/passbookapps. Hope that helps.
