Hello, I have got Apple Airport Extream BaseStation with serial number 6F91207T31U , also my broadband provider is TalkTalk I did change my router as they send me new router for new package I have got from them, new router is HUAWEI HG533 since I instal this new router I can not enable Guest network on my Apple extrim Base Station, could you please help me with ths issue,( Please bear in mind I don't have techi knowledg and I sould like simple answer please)

Not sure if there is no techi easy answer.

1. You need to use Airport Extreme in internet sharing mode not the bridge mode for the guest network to work.

 

2. If it worked before and you did not change anything I suggest you reset Airport Extreme, connect its WAN port to the Huawei, put yourself on WiFi or even better on the cable to Airport Extreme LAN port and rerun the Connection Wizard from Airport Utility.

    Thanks for reply, but it worked with my old router and as soon as I get my new router whcih I mentioned stop working

    Also when I said I am not techi I don't mean I dont know any thing please can you get me more details how to set up my router? I know I have to change something on my router.
