Q: Contents menu for epub missing Table of Contents navPoint

My epub showing navPoint for Table of Contents and other chapters, sections, etc., shows accurately on Nook Contents list, but Ipad shows all navPoints except the one "Table of Contents" (it skips from Copyright to next section)...help?
