Randomly all users in an organization are recieving duplicate emails. It's random though and not every email does it?
I can't find any commonality. The organization is a mix of EM client, Windows Outlook, and Mac Mail. It happens with all the clients.
Any ideas?

If you enabled Webmail and server-side rules it's possible someone's set a rule they probably shouldn't have. Check the headers and see if you can find any commonality there.
determine if its a client issue or server issue.
Easiest way is to use webmail to eliminate their mail client.
Duplicates show in webmail as well.
Same message ID.
Happening to everyone in the company seemingly at random from anyone else in the company. So it's not just from 1 person or happening to the same person.
Do you use a 3rd party filtering service? (mxlogic, symantec, etc)
Take one example and follow the logs.
Do you see 2 messages arrive from outside or just 1?
Do you see 1 or 2 deliveries to the mailbox?
No filtering service.
It's only internal user to user messages that have the issue. As soon as I can get in the server I had planned on looking at logs.
