Collections not populating in Preview in newest version of iTunes?

Hi. Our public site cannot go live until we have sign off from everyone across the organization. We now have a lot of collections, and although they appear with thumbnails, titles, and categories in the iPad Preview and they appeared before the iTunes update last Friday, the collections do NOT appear in the preview of the site.

Are we doing something wrong? Will the collections simply not appear until we publish the site? We need sign off on look/feel as well as content and organization, so we're not sure how to get this channel routing for approval.
