Recommended UPS Battery Backup

I've been reading various articles and forum posts regarding battery backups, but wanted to receive some advice on my particular system.

Basically, we've got two Mac Pro's.

2.8ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

ATI Radeon 5770

52GB of Memory

and

2.4ghz six-core Processor

22GB of Memory

+ some external hard-drives and two 27" monitors. What type of UPS battery backup would you reccomend?

Go with CyberPower. With a simple switch you can disable the beeper.

Okay. This is helpful.

Now, if it was only one Mac Pro and one 27" monitor, what would you reccomend?

Also, what is the typical wattage of a Mac Pro? I see figures all over the place. And it sounds as though it ranges based upon usage.
