What do i do??? please help!!

i have an iPod touch 4 gen.i was lisening to music on day and my ipod just turned off.i tried to turn it on.plug it in.hold the power and home button for 10 secs. and sitll won't turn on.i plug it into itunes and it said that i need to restore.what do i do?? please help

To restore see:

iTunes 10 for Windows: Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
