Enabling diskless booting under NetInstall causes error

Hello,

I am trying to enable disksless booting, but recieve the following error message when I try apply my changes:

12/4/12 8:45:43.879 PM Server[265]: Error: The server '127.0.0.1' reported an error while processing a command of type: 'writeSettings' in plug-in: 'servermgr_netboot'. Error: Error Domain=XSActionErrorDomain Code=-1 "Server returned a non-zero status code" UserInfo=0x7fafcc853660 {NSLocalizedDescription=Server returned a non-zero status code}

I've attempted everything I could find through support and Google and am at an impass. Wondering if anyone has seen this error before.
