my ipod is stuck on the sound talking thing

my ipod touch is stuck on the feature where it talks to you and i can not get it off so can you please help me

iPod touch, iOS 4

You can disable voiceover on: Settings-> General-> Accessibility-> Voice Over (Turn In OFF)

Also see the following for how to turn off VoiceOver.

iPhone: Configuring accessibility features (including VoiceOver and Zoom)

On the iPod try triple clicking the Home button and then going to Settings>General>Accessibility. Yo may have to use three fingers to scroll on a page to get there.
