Dec 4, 2012 7:46 PM in response to iPam12by Glenn Leblanc,Holding the shift key and click to select multiples in a row or the command key and click for multiple not in a row works fine for me. I don't have a track pad, but you might check the settings for it. Don't use the command and shift keys together and click if that's what you are doing.

Feb 8, 2013 4:41 PM in response to Steve Savitzby Glenn Leblanc,Then you would need to do a search function searching for the particular emails you now longer want such as year dated 2009. Then select all from that list and delete.
You could also create a smart mailbox which you can add different criteria to find certain emails. It's a bit more customizable than using the regular search function.
