How do I update my iPod 4th Generation to ios 5 on iTunes?

I just downloaded the new iTunes software on to my computer. Everything is different and I cant find were I update my ipod to the ios 5. Can you please direct me step by step for the new iTunes so I can updat my iPod. Thank you.

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.3

1.Connect Your Device
2.Go to your ipod down of the search box (It should say "iPod Touch")
3.Hold the SHIFT key and click where it said "Restore iPod..." (SHIFT + Restore iPod...)
4.Locate the firmware, select it and then begin the process.
