when I Use an Apple iTunes Gift Card can I Put a Apple iTunes Gift Card on Apple Mac App Store to when i get an Apple iTunes Gift Card for Christmas? or do I Need to have another Special Gift card like Apple Mac App Store Gift Card another words it does not work as the same thing?

They're talking about two different cards:
iTunes gift cards = purchase from Mac App Store
Apple Store gift cards = only redeemable in Apple retail stores
iTunes is an online only "store" and sells/rents movies, music, .apps, etc. Apple stores are retail stores and sell Macs, accessories - not music
