duplicates

Does anyone know how to get through to Apple? It seems like my answers fall on poorly tuned AI that never solves my problems. Here's what I'm seeing for my current heartburn:

Apple,

You need to bring the "display duplicates" function back to iTunes.

I can't believe you don't tell the community what will be removed before you program it. Crowdsourcing what people want in iTunes is the best way to please your clientel.

You would be on the cutting edge of business if you listened to the community without making terrible functionality decisions in your programs--be proactive, not reactive.

There needs to be a functionality for command/control clicking a section of files, skipping some, and them cmd/ctrl clicking another grouping to expedite file management.

The more control over file management that is offered to the user the more we will will like the product. Right now I read a bunch of disgruntled people when I seek answers in the forums...this is not a good sign for Apple.
