lost my contacts on phone and iCloud

I reset my iphone 5 because it kept freezing up on me. Last I checked my phone ws backed up via icloud about 20 minutes before reset. WHen I logged back into my icloud all my photos, contacts, calendar, notes etc are gone. PLEASE HELP GET MY INFORMATION BACK... 😢
