Replace Java folder in MAC library

I accidentally deleted the Java folder in the MAC library. Nothing works now - how do I restore?

I downloaded Java, but the folder is still not showing up. Really bummed.

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
