what is iOS 1.7. ?
i have 3 updates to download on my Mac telling me i have updates to download to update my Macs iWork Apps :- Pages, Numbers and Keynote to add support for iOS 1.7. ?

I must admit i am still confused about the number 1.7. what does that mean ?
when i first saw the update and the unusual and unexplained number i thought it was a Hoax or worse !!!.
i still havent installed either of them !!!! YET
It just means that version 1.7 of the iOS apps (i.e. Pages, Numbers, Keynote) for iPad/iTouch/iPhone has been released, so the new Mac versions are updated to improve syncing etc. between the two via iCloud.
I think they mean the 1.7 releases of iOS iWork apps. They probably couldn't have chosen a more confusing way of phrasing it though. Maybe they should get someone to check the copy before they releasing these updates to a bemused public...just a suggestion!
Interesting isn't it. I saw that and was confused too, haven't seen any details about it on the web either. Steve Jobs must be spinning in his grave with all the indiscretions.
