Okay, a more suitable resolution might be to fix this issue?
Simply adding a question mark to the end of a statement does not a query make? Did you have an actual question?

I posted it here because there was a discussion about this problem HERE. I have not used this support before and, frankly, given your tone, I won't be again.
I don't know where you live, but in my part of the globe tha IS a question. I know a little about these things as the author of six published books.

Resolution
Follow these steps to import the photos into iPhoto.
- Open iPhoto.
- Return to the Mail message with the photo attachment(s).
- Drag and drop each photo onto the iPhoto icon on the Dock.
It still is not at all clear why you posted or what your question is - the problem and the solution are very clearly stated in TS4435
