i can't find my photos in icloud

There is no photos in iCloud. Photo Stream is not a storage or backup service, it is only a service to share and copy your photos to other computers and iOS devices.

The online iCloud account site does not display photos in the Photo Stream. It only lets you access these functions:

PS photos are only viewable on your desktop/laptop Mac and on your mobile devices.
