i have an australian itunes account, i wish to buy books in greek language and cannot seem to do this

I have an Australian itunes account, however i wish to purchase ibooks in a foreigh language. It seems the only way to do this is to open another itunes account, however you need a credit card from that country...is this correct? This is very frustrating...would love to hear from anyone that has encountered a similar problem.
