HELP! I updated to iTunes 11 and now my iPhone 4s wont recognize in the computer :/ what can I do to fix this??? I know it's not my cord I've checked and thas fine, but my laptop won't even pick up my phone now!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1, iTunes 11

OKay, so it picks up in my computer but my new itunes wont pick it up D: what am i doing wrong?
