Hello everyone, am new to the iPod thing. Just bought a used iPod nano 3rd Generation. I am running iTunes on my windows laptop, however when I connect it via USB I get a message "do not disconnect" and immediately "ok to disconnect" please help!
Just bought a used 3rd gen nano. I have iTunes on my windows pc. The problem is I connect via USB and get the message "do not disconnect" then very shortly the message displays "ok to disconnect" there is not enough time to click on the restore tab. I have no problems putting the nano into disk mode, or resetting.i don't have a clue. Please help. Thanks,
