My mobile phone provider, a company called Crazy Johns in Australia tell me they do not support iPhones. Crazy John's tell me the reason I cannot get my a hotspot working is because of Apple.
Is this correct?
Is there anything Apple can do to make it work for me?
Flick a switch???

So do the carriers on that list choose to be on the list or is it apple who chooses them.
It would be up to the carrier to provide the service and support for it, then meet Apple's certification requirements.
