navigation bar does not work in the published website

I am having trouble with the navigation bar when i publish one of my websites. The navigation bar has 5 pages that I should be able to navigate between. two of them are available from the home page, the rest are not. If I click on one of the two, then I can enter one of the unavailable pages all of a sudden.

I have several websites that are published successfully. this is the first website that has been problematic.

can anyone help me?
