Reinstall Windows 7

I have Windows 7 on a seconary hard drive on my Mac Mini. There have been some issues with it and I think it's best to wipe it and do a clean install. How do I go about doing that? Do I have to delete the Boot Camp partition? My friend did all of this the first time, but has since moved away.

You don't have to run Boot Camp again. Insert the Windows disc, press C key while your Mac is starting and install Windows as normal. Make sure that you erase the Windows volume

Will the new intall go to the Boot Camp partition on the secondary drive automatically?
