Q: Have done all the suggestions but my NEW phone has 'No service' all suggestions welcome

Thank you, one of the guys in my office suggested the same thing and thankfully I didn't go through the 'Customer Services' , but managed to get someone who talked me through the soloution.

It had something to do with my SIM card not being registered.  I did not quite understand what was being said, because the person speaking to me had a very strange robotic voice.  Anyway.. after I'd given my sim crard 19digit number over, they told me it would take 24 hours to activate.  Chaps in the office said to make the 24 hours go faster, switch the phone off and on every hour (leaving it off for an hour) and this will activate the phone faster - 2 hours later all, my phone was working. Joy!
