downloading iWork from App Store vs. AppleCare sending me a comp disk to reinstall

I recently ruined my laptop with orange juice, had to get a replacement, used migration assistent (after finding out about this program from AppleCare and following their instructions) to restore from my backup, and iWork did not restore properly. An error message pops up saying that I need to reinstall the iWork programs. AppleCare is willing to send me an iWork disk free of charge but is not able to let me download it from the App Store free of charge. This doesn't make sense. I need iWork today for projects due today. I don't have time to wait until a disk comes in the mail. Do y'all have any suggestions?

I find that coke is not as good for that. Therefore, Coke is safer, trust me, my wireless keyboard still works despite a few splashes.

If you are in an emergency, then purchase/dl iWork from the MAS. When you get the disc, contact iTS and explain the situation, they may give you a refund due to the circumstances (but no promises here!).

iWork on a disc is a seperate version from what you will get in the MAS, so they are not the same thing.
