App Store can not connect to iTune Store to get updates

This morning I was unable to get updates through the App Store from all three of my devices (Mac, iPhone5, iPad2). I can use the other buttons just fine but get a message "Could Not Complete Your App Store Request. The app store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." The store obviously is available since I can install new apps from the store. Any thoughts? I haven't seen anything specific to this in the forum lately.

My Mac is running: 10.8.2,

App Store: 1.2.1

iTune: 10 (can't get latest update with this problem)

ical-OTHER, OS X Mountain Lion

Same here in Switzerland. I can't connect to the app store for updates (mac app store, iphone 5, ipad 2). problem's not on our side i guess.

installing new apps works. only the update button gives me the error message.

I am experiencing the same problem. My mac is running 10.8.2, app store 1.2.1, and Itunes 11.

Ya, same with here in Malaysia . When I go App Store to updates also cannot connect to itune . Only show (cannot connect to itune store). So.. What can I do for this problem?
