problems with match

Just connected to match. I can already play my songs on the iPad but iTunes on my pc was blocked during the process. I tried connecting several times but the same problem occured. After step 1, iTunes is stopped. Still a part of the library is not sincronized with Match. I do have the latest version of iTunes.
