while i was using my i phone suddenly blue screen appered than after the apple logo appered on a black screen after few minutes it went off from there phone is not getting on

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the power and home buttons for about 15 seconds and apple logo should appear. Let go of bottons at that point and the phone will power back on in about a min.

I think you need to take it to an Apple Retail Store to get it checked out. You can make an appointment at apple.com/retail
It sounds like a hardware issue and you may need a replacement.
