iphone 5: With two email accounts, the phone switches which account it sends the message out on. Without deleting an account, how can this be corrected?.

I have two email accounts on my iphone 5. Many times, when I reply to a message in the primary account, or compose a message in that account, the phone sends the message out from the other account.

Sorry, that does not work. One would think it would, but it seems to pick the other account 9 times out of 10. The Apple folks at the store tell me it is my email server that creates the problem, if there is a slight delay, the mail goes to the other account. That seems to be a pretty weak explanation- While on the surface, the idea of quickly getting a message out, it actually is a serious mistake Apple is making.
