Q: I REALLY NEED HELP!!!

I REALLY NEED HELP!!! My iPod touch won't sync to my iTunes. I just updated iTunes to its newest version & it STILL doesn't work. It always shuts down before it finishes backing up, not to mention I have a PC. Can someone please help?!

iPod touch (4th generation), Windows 7

My iTunes always freezes & shuts down before my iPod has a chance to finish backing up.

Try:
iTunes for Windows Vista or Windows 7: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues
iTunes for Windows XP: Troubleshooting unexpected quits, freezes, or launch issues
iOS: Troubleshooting backup issues in iTunes
