Can I get text and icons in toolbar "Safari 6"

I can get both icons and text to show in Mail can I get the toolbar of Safari to do the same. I have looked in all the preferences and in Glim (3rd ware setup). Can anyone help me?!

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion, 2-2.66MHtz, 14G Ram, 5TB HD

There is no setting available in Safari preferences to enable such a feature.

And I do not know whether there is a preference hidden and that can be turned on using Terminal.
