Attempting to burn cd or DVD receive Error code Ox80020025.

WIth a Mac Pro using 1o.6, I attempt to burn a CD or a DVD and receive an error code 0x80020025.

At the same time, the burner begins to burn the disc.

Also, at random times, the message to burn the disc in the disc drive or eject it pops up. This happens with only no disc in either drive.

What is the error code, and how do I stop it happening and what is causing the random disc message to pop up?

Mac Pro 1,1, 10.6.8, 10 GB memory, Lite on DVD and Sony Blue ray.
