My iphone 5 is continually changing to the wrong time. I have to power off and back on and it returns to the correct time on start up. It is happening 2-3 times a day. Any suggestions?

When you "power it off" are you doing it like this?
Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.
This is a reset and it often correct problems like the one you describe.
