"Track my iphone" app...
Can I track who used the "Track my iphone" app to search for my ipod, I did not initiate the app and think someone may be using my password.

There is no way to know who might have used the Find My iPhone service, either from the app or the iCloud web site. If you believe your Apple ID to have been compromised, you should immediately change your password.
