Sent Box - Nothing There

We switched email addresses for our CEO and he is complaining that his sent messages do not go into the SENT folder, whereas his old account they did.nyh

I checked the settings on his iPhone4 and do not see where I can get it to save messages in the Sent Box.

Any tips?
