PURCHASE FAILED

Hello, it says "Please contact itunes support to complete this transaction" click ok, and says "The purchase failed . Please try again later" .. what should i do?? i cant buy anything.. just free downloads.. Thanks



I have reseted iTunes cache.. i dont know what to do now.. (im using ipad)

Do you have a question about the message ? You already know that these are just user-to-user forums not iTunes Support, we can't help you. If you haven't already done so do as the message is telling you to do and contact iTunes Support, which you can do by going to the URL that shows in the message
