How to add date and title to footer

In Pages 09 I have added the page number on the left side of the footer on 17 pages but I want to add the title, how do I do this?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Click in the Footer Field and type the title. If that seems too simple, maybe I don't understahd your question.

Sorry, wasn't clear. I want the page number on the left, but want the title on the right side of the footer.

Use a right-aligned tab in the footer & enter a tab after the page number & before typing in the title. My screenshot shows the idea in the header but the same applies to footers.
