App's don't sync
My iPod touch does not accept any app's. I can download it from the store, i can click the "install" button but it don't work. There is no error, no nothing - it just don't sync...

Do you have any Restrictions set that would prevent installing some apps? Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and check.
Also, are they compatible with the iPod (not iPhone only or iPad only apps)?
