Why will some of my tracks not download from cloud?

I have uploaded serveral CD's to the iCloud with iTunes Match. All save one album have worked without issue. For some reason my David Bowie Platinum collection will not download serveral tracks whilst others on the same CD are not a problem. Also the art work will not down load for this album but i'm less bothered by this than the missing tracks.

anybody have any ideas?
