I had an Iphone 5 that was overheating and the Appl Store transfered my stuff to a new Iphone5 but lost 90% of my valuable documents photos and videos. I have talked to three Dumkoffs and they said I should have backed everything up on my computer !

There has got to be some way to get the photos out of the cloud when you find out please help me

Photos you took on your iPhone in the past 60 days (I think) should be in Photo Stream in iCloud. Photos loaded from a computer should be on that computer.
