Hello. Please I need to know how create my own table of contents in Pages, please

First of all thanks for your help, but I had seen and read several times the Pages User Guide.

The problem is, I can not create my list style because when I go to inspector - list - marks and numbers, ther is no combination for 1.1.

I would like to create an index like this:

0_AAAAAA

I_ BBBB

1. ccccc

1.1. ddddd

1.1.1. eeeee

II_ GGGG

And on Pages I don't know how do it....

I read somewhere the ability to save a file in format RTF, when I must create a file with my own index, than import do Pages...but I don't know how to do it, because when I import, Pages open a new file...

I did what you advised but still no result. Because Pages don't recognize the other numbers, like 1.1. and 1.1.1.

The only possible solution I see is to format the index without resorting to Pages, and then apply hyperlinks to document pages.
