Q: set Preview as default to open attachments in Entourage

Somehow I have changed my defaults and cant find out how to change them in either system or entourage preferences. I used to be able to open email attachments by double clicking on the them in Entourage. They would open in Preview automatically. Now when I click, Photoshop CS opens. In order to view the attachment I actually have to save the attachment to my desktop and open it from Photoshop. Any way to fix this?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Mic Office 2004 Entourage v11.2.5

In Finder, do a Get Info on that one you saved on the Deskyop, look for Open with there, & check the Apply to all box.

I don't use Entourage, but can you do this? Right click on the attachment and look for Open With. If the choice is available select Preview.

Thanks you for your reply. Right clicking on an image allows the "open with" option everywhere except Entourage.. Right clicking the image in Entourage only allows "open", not "open with" and then photoshop opens. In order to use Preview, I have to save the attachment to the desktop and then "open with" Preview. The odd thing is double clicking in Entourage used to open images in Previews automatically.
