iTunes 11 doesn't seem to like my Audible files anymore. They import fine, but then I can't seem to get them to come up in iTunes. Anyone know what's up?

Well, after revealing in finder, double-clicking, the file plays, then suddenly appears in the Books section. I don't like this new layout so far, though.

I tried that too, but it doesn't work on my system (iMac 2008, 10.8.2, iTunes 11) for some reason. The files will play, but they still aren't added to my library in iTunes (though they ARE on the proper folder in the iTunes directory on the HD). Which means I can't add them to my iPod.
I've tried all of these solutions and I still can't get audible to show up in iTunes or on my iPhone.
Any other ideas would be appreciated.
