unlock phone

Hi,Sir

I got my iphone 4s from sprint in the ebay for full price，unlocked ,But in recent I'm in China using local carrier, everything is not working，Especially the phone functions.
I tried all the possible solutions from the Internet, and the Official solution offered by Apple(http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1937?viewlocale=zh_CN), everything stays the same.

I hope someone could help me about this issue.

You've posted this before. What's up? Just because someone sells you an iPhone as unlocked, it does not mean that it is unlocked. You need to check with Sprint to be sure that the iPhone is unlocked. Too, you need to check to asure that the sprint phone will work with the cell phone technology protocol in China.
