how can i fix error 14, that appears on a warning and will not alow my 2nd gen apple tv to restor ?

Hello out their thanks for reading, im having problems with my apple tv 2nd gen, when i connect to tv the usb cable with an arrow facing the apple tv box apears.

So i tried to conect to my pc do an update but right at the end it gives me an error messge.
