Hi All,


I moved from the UK to Australia back in February so need to change my local country for itunes so I can get local apps etc...


The ever so un-helpful people @ apple support advised turning off my auto-renew of itunes mis-match then follow some steps and change country. Sounded very easy and simple.


Unfortunately it wasn't and tells me that I can't change my country as I still have an active itunes mis-match subscription and need to cancel it before changing. Of course I can't find out how to cancel it and have sent apple 3 emails so far with no reply.


Has anyone experienced the same, if so how did you resolve the issue?


It would be great if someone from apple could help? I won't hold my breath though so if any of you guys know I'd be very grateful if you could help.
