I am trying to use a lighting software and it works on one user but not others. I even removed it and tried downloading on the user I intend to use the program. It keeps popping up with this:
Can anyone help me please!? I'm trying to get this so my lighting guys can use the laptop without having access to my personal files.

This seems to be a defective application, probably ported from Windows, that stores user data in the Applications folder, rather than in the home folder where it belongs. In that case, you may only be able to use it in one account, or only in an administrator account. You'd have to ask the incompetent developer for a solution.
Or the configuration file got damaged or corrupted and can't be understood by the program anymore. Quickest solution to this would be reinstalling the product from its original installer media.
