Numbers on IPad

Hi

I'm running Numbers on IPad.

Does anyone know if it possible to select/highlight multiple uneven columns or rows?

For example, I want to highlight column 1 & 3 & 7 and change the colour. Rather than do it one at a time, I was wondering if there was a way to do it all at once.

I know I could reposition them side by side, highlight them all, make the change then reposition but that's a bit cumbersome.

I'm guessing you can't do this. Probably needs a mouse or shift/click option but just wanted to put it out there in case anyone had a smart idea! Not complaints with the App, just looking at. Ways to speed things up.
