iphone 4s display goes off when not in use.Display doesn't come on even if i press the home button or lock button.I have to reboot the phone for the display to come on.Its as gud as switched off from my end.

My iphone 4s goes on this wierd mode when not in use.The screen goes blank and when i press the home button or the lock button the display doesnt come on.My phone has minimum 50% or more charge during this process.

This happens twice in one day.I have to hold the home and lock buttton to reboot the phone for the display to come on.

During this process i have noticed that when people call they get a ringing tone but at my end the phone doesnt ring as itsblank.So its as gud as off for me.

I have given it to the supplier he rebooted it and gave me but the problem still continues.

Need help 😟
